The Ho West District Assembly held its Fourth Ordinary Meeting of the First Session of the Fourth Assembly on Friday, December 20th, 2024, at the District Assembly Hall, Dzolokpuita.
In his opening address, the Presiding Member, Hon. Adamu Kasim Osman welcomed all participants and highlighted the purpose of the meeting, which was to discuss and approve the 2025 Annual Action Plan, 2025 Budget Estimates and Fee Fixing Resolution. He emphasized the need for active participation and collaboration to achieve the Assembly’s developmental objectives.
The District Budget Analyst and the District Planning Officer made presentations on the 2025 Budget Estimates, Fee Fixing Resolution, and 2025 Annual Action Plan.
Following extensive discussions, the documents were approved as working documents of the house.
In attendance were the District Chief Executive, Honorable Assembly Members, the District Coordinating Director, and Heads of Departments and Units.
